- 1 chicken
- 1 celery stick
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 onion
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 6 oz. Velveeta cheese
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Boil chicken, celery stick, bay leaves and onion.

2When chicken is done, debone chicken and discard celery, bay leaves and onion.

3Saute margarine, chopped pepper, celery and onions.

4Add flour, 2 cups of the Velveeta cheese and chicken broth.

5Cook mixture until thick.

6Cook spaghetti in remaining chicken broth. Drain; add spaghetti to sauce.

7Add deboned chicken.

8Grate cheese over top and cook in oven until cheese melts.
