Chicken Spaghetti

  • 1 chicken, boiled and deboned
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 6 or 7 cloves garlic, minced
  • Tony Chachere to taste
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 large can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. spaghetti

Directions

    Saute onion and garlic in oleo in a large pot until tender. Add tomato sauce and stewed tomatoes.

    Stir well.

    Add deboned chicken that has already been well seasoned with Tony Chachere. Also add sugar and blend into mixture in pot.

    Simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes.

    Boil spaghetti in separate pot according to directions.

    Mix cooked spaghetti in pot with the sauce and serve.
