Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 1 chicken, boiled and deboned
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 6 or 7 cloves garlic, minced
- Tony Chachere to taste
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 large can stewed tomatoes
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
Directions

1Saute onion and garlic in oleo in a large pot until tender. Add tomato sauce and stewed tomatoes.

2Stir well.

3Add deboned chicken that has already been well seasoned with Tony Chachere. Also add sugar and blend into mixture in pot.

4Simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes.

5Boil spaghetti in separate pot according to directions.

6Mix cooked spaghetti in pot with the sauce and serve.
