Chicken Spaghetti

  • 2 pkg. deboned skinless chicken, cubed
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1/2 c. bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 12 oz. pkg. spaghetti
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced
  • 4 tsp. chicken broth

Directions

    Boil your chicken, celery, bell pepper, onion and broth together.

    When chicken is done, add a 12 ounce package of spaghetti in broth for 12 to 15 minutes.

    Add 1 pound of Velveeta cheese to cooked spaghetti and chicken.

    When cheese is melted, add 1 can cream of mushroom soup and can of Ro-Tel.

    This dish can be frozen to serve at a later date.
