  • 1 chicken
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • salt
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/3 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/3 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/4 c. margarine

Directions

    Cook chicken, cool and pull from bone.

    Save broth from chicken.

    Cook spaghetti in broth.

    Cook onion, bell pepper and celery in margarine until transparent.

    Mix all ingredients (except cheese) including 1 cup chicken broth together.

    Place in casserole dish.

    Sprinkle cheeses on top.

    Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
