  • 1 chicken, boiled and deboned, reserve broth
  • 1 pkg. spaghetti
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • celery, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Cook spaghetti, onion and celery in broth.

    Reserve 1 cup of broth.

    Mix all ingredients well.

    Place in a baking dish coated with cooking spray.

    Top with cheese; bake at 350° until cheese is melted and spaghetti is hot.

    This may be frozen without cheese and used later.
