  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 12 teaspoon ginger, fresh grated
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon chili oil
  • 1 lb tiger shrimp, deveined

Directions

    Mix together juice, ginger and garlic, pour over shrimp and marinate for 1/2 hour.

    Preheat oil in skillet, medium heat.

    Pour shrimp, with marinade, into pan and sautee for 5-10 minutes, until sauce thickens.

    Serve as is or over rice.
