Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 1 chicken, cooked and boned
- 12 or 16 oz. long spaghetti
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 small can English peas, drained
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1 small bell pepper
- 1 lb. cheese (mild Cheddar), grated
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cook chicken with skin in 2 inches of water.

2Add salt and pepper.

3Remove chicken from water and add spaghetti to water and boil until tender.

4Add boned chicken, soup and chopped vegetables and cook 10 minutes.

5Add more salt and pepper, if desired.

6Add peas, most of cheese and cook until cheese melts.

7Put in buttered casserole dish and top with remaining cheese.

8Bake until cheese melts on top.
