- 2 whole chickens
- 1 large onion
- 4 to 5 stalks celery
- 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes and chili peppers
- 1 can mushrooms, drained
- 1 (1 lb.) pkg. spaghetti
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Directions

1Boil chickens.

2Reserve broth.

3To 3 cups broth add finely chopped onion, celery, tomatoes and mushrooms.

4Cook until tender. Add cooked spaghetti and deboned chicken.

5Add cheese gradually until melted.

6Salt and pepper to taste.
