  • 2 cups of BERTOLLI pasta of your choice
  • dash of salt
  • 4 plum tomatoes seeded and diced
  • 4 cloves minced garlic (more is more!)
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • parmesan cheese
  • fresh cracked pepper

Directions

    Boil BERTOLLI pasta with salt as directed on package.

    Drain and rinse pasta and toss with tomatoes, garlic, basil and olive oil.

    Refridgerate until ready to serve.

    Sprinkle with parmesan and pepper to taste and serve.
