- 6 to 8 large chicken breasts
- 1 pkg. vermicelli or thin spaghetti
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in pieces
- 1 can tomatoes, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large bell pepper, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil chicken until tender; cut in pieces.

2Saute onion and bell pepper in 2 tablespoons oleo until tender.

3Pour in large bowl; add tomatoes, cheese and chicken.

4Cook vermicelli in chicken broth; add to other ingredients while hot.

5Pour into large casserole.

6Cook at 325° until hot.

7Makes a lot and freezes well.
