  • 6 to 8 large chicken breasts
  • 1 pkg. vermicelli or thin spaghetti
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in pieces
  • 1 can tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 large bell pepper, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Boil chicken until tender; cut in pieces.

    Saute onion and bell pepper in 2 tablespoons oleo until tender.

    Pour in large bowl; add tomatoes, cheese and chicken.

    Cook vermicelli in chicken broth; add to other ingredients while hot.

    Pour into large casserole.

    Cook at 325° until hot.

    Makes a lot and freezes well.
