- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 whole chicken
- 4 celery stalks
- 1 onion
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 16 oz. pkg. spaghetti
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Boil chicken with 2 stalks celery and 1/2 of onion.

2Brown; add salt and pepper.

3Cook until done, about 1 hour.

4Drain and debone chicken; save broth.

5Boil spaghetti in in leftover broth. Rinse and drain.

6Saute remaining celery and onion.

7Add Ro-Tel and soups; heat.

8Add chicken and spaghetti and mix well.

9Cube cheese and mix in large pan.

10Bake for 40 minutes at 350°.
