  • 1 (5 lb.) chicken
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 c. bell pepper
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (4 oz.) jar pimientos
  • 2 pkg. spaghetti
  • 1/2 c. ripe olives, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Boil chicken until done.

    Remove meat from bone and cut in small pieces.

    Melt margarine in skillet and add celery, bell pepper and onion.

    Cover and cook slowly until tender.

    Cook spaghetti in chicken broth until done.

    Add chicken and other ingredients.

    Stir and serve.
