- 12 to 16 oz. thin spaghetti
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 onion
- 3 ribs celery
- 1 small jar pimentos
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Boil the fryer and debone.

2Cook spaghetti in broth.

3Reserve 1 cup of liquid.

4Saute oleo, onion and celery.

5Add pimentos and soup.

6Mix with spaghetti and put into a casserole.
