Chicken Spaghetti

  • 2 1/2 c. (2-inch) pieces spaghetti
  • 3 to 4 c. cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1/2 c. pimento, diced
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, diced
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1/4 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 3 c. American cheese or sharp Cheddar, grated

Directions

    Cook spaghetti until tender, drain and rinse.

    Combine all ingredients except 1 cup grated cheese.

    Add seasoning to desired taste. Pour into 3-quart casserole.

    Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.

    May be refrigerated overnight.

    Bake, covered, at 350° for 1 hour.
