  • 5 1/2 to 6 lb. chicken, cooked and cubed
  • 3 1/2 qt. chicken broth
  • 1 lb. thin, broken spaghetti noodles, cooked in broth
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 green peppers, chopped
  • 1 large can mushrooms
  • 3 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can diced Ro-Tel
  • 1/4 c. margarine

    Saute vegetables in margarine.

    Add to remaining ingredients. Pour into two 9 x 13-inch casseroles.
