  • 2 to 4 fryers or 1 hen
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 large jar pimentos
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 3 or 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 large pkg. spaghetti
  • 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese

    Boil and debone fryers.

    Simmer onion, celery, bell pepper and garlic in broth.

    Heat soups, tomatoes and pimentos together. Boil spaghetti in broth until tender.

    Mix all together.

    Put in very large casserole dish.

    Top with cheese.

    Bake at 400° for 30 to 40 minutes.
