- 8 whole chicken breasts or 2 fryers
- 2 large green peppers
- 2 large onions
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 1 large can sliced mushrooms
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. vermicelli
Directions

1Boil and debone chicken and save broth.

2Cook vermicelli in chicken broth.

3Chop and saute onion and pepper in margarine; combine vegetables, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, mushrooms and cheese with vermicelli.

4Stir until cheese melts and add chicken which has been torn into small bits.

5Stir well.

6Add some broth to assure a moist casserole.

7Bake at 350° until hot and bubbly.
