- 3 c. cooked, cut up chicken
- 1 medium onion, grated
- 2 cans French-style green beans, drained
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained and diced
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing mix
- 1 pkg. Uncle Ben's wild and white rice, cooked as directed
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 medium jar pimento
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except stuffing mix and margarine.

2Pour into a greased 2 1/2 to 3-quart casserole.

3Cover; bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

4Uncover.

5Melt margarine and stir in stuffing mix.

6Sprinkle stuffing mixture on top; place back in oven for a few minutes.
