Chicken Spinach Braid

- 3 chicken breasts
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 heaping tsp. minced garlic
- 3 thick slices Provolone cheese
- 1 large pkg. crescent rolls
Directions

1Boil chicken and dice.

2Squeeze water out of spinach.

3Combine chicken, spinach, Ricotta, Parmesan and garlic.

4Arrange crescents into rectangle, pressing edges together.

5Place chicken spinach filling in a roll down center of crescent rectangle.

6Top with Provolone.

7From mixture out, cut crescent out in strips. Alternately bring each strip up and over, forming braid.

8Bake at crescent instructions.
