- chicken
- 1 small jar Spanish olives
- red and green bell peppers, cut
- fresh mushrooms, sliced
- olive oil
- garlic
- parsley
- paprika
- 1/2 c. white Zinfandel wine
Directions

1Fry chicken (which has been skinned), coated with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.

2Put fried chicken in large pan with 1/2 cup of frying oil.

3Add olives, mushrooms and peppers to chicken.

4Add 1/2 cup wine for flavor.

5Cook for at least 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6Serve with rice.
