  • chicken
  • 1 small jar Spanish olives
  • red and green bell peppers, cut
  • fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • olive oil
  • garlic
  • parsley
  • paprika
  • 1/2 c. white Zinfandel wine

Directions

    Fry chicken (which has been skinned), coated with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.

    Put fried chicken in large pan with 1/2 cup of frying oil.

    Add olives, mushrooms and peppers to chicken.

    Add 1/2 cup wine for flavor.

    Cook for at least 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Serve with rice.
