- 3 to 5 lb. whole chicken
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 lb. mixed vegetables
- salt and pepper to season
- 4 to 5 potatoes, diced
- 1 onion
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 3 to 4 c. chicken stock
Directions

1Boil chicken in pot on stove until cooked.

2Reserve 3 to 4 cups stock.

3Debone and store chicken in refrigerator.

4Put potatoes in crock-pot, top with carrots, onions, mixed vegetables, seasonings and top with soup.

5After 2 hours, add 3 to 4 cups chicken stock. Mix. Let cook until potatoes and carrots are tender, approximately 8 hours.

6About 1 hour before serving, add cut up chicken.

7Yields about 4 cups.
