Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts or whole chicken, cooked
  • 1 c. cabbage
  • 1 can peas or fresh peas
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 onion (small)
  • 2 to 3 c. chicken broth
  • 2 carrots, cut up
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large can or jar stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    Cook in crock-pot or on stove; simmer for 1 hour.

    The last 5 minutes add macaroni or rice to thicken.

    You can put anything you like or have leftover in it.

    The more veggies, the better.
