  • 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 c. diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can no salt added stewed tomatoes (undrained)
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced okra
  • 1/4 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Combine chicken and broth in a Dutch oven; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.
