  • 2 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp. parsley
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 big pkg. boneless chicken, cut in strips
  • 1 stick melted butter

    Combine first three ingredients.

    Dip strips in melted butter, then roll in crumb mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Turn once after 15 minutes.

    Dip in favorite sauce.
