- 1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken, cut into strips
- 2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream or plain yogurt

Directions

1In skillet, in 1 tablespoon hot margarine, cook half of the chicken until browned; stir often.

2Remove.

3Repeat with remaining chicken.

4In an additional 1 tablespoon hot margarine, cook mushrooms and celery until tender and liquid is evaporated; stir often.

5Add soup and sour cream; heat to boiling.

6Return chicken to skillet; heat through.

8Serve with rice or noodles.
