- 3/4 - 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- scallions (optional) or green onion, chopped (optional)
Directions

1In a small saucepan, whisk peanut butter and 3/4 cup water until smooth. Stir in soy sauce and ginger.

2Heat over medium low and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Thin with extra water if necessary.
