Chicken Stuffing Casserole

- 1 chicken or 4 to 6 large chicken breasts
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1 can mushrooms, drained
- 1 large onion, chopped fine
- 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
- 1 c. water or chicken broth
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Boil chicken.

2Separate from bone and cut into small pieces. Mix it with sour cream, mushroom soup and mushrooms.

3Brown onion with margarine.

4Mix with dressing mix and water.

5Combine chicken mixture and dressing.

6Bake in a 325° oven for about 1 hour or until brown on top.
