- 1/2 lb leg of lamb
- 1 lb ground sirloin, beef
- 1 1/4 lb ground pork
- 1 lb kebasia sausage
- 1/3 lb ground smoked ham
- 1/2 cup sliced sweet multicolored peppers
- 1 lb cauliflower
- 1 large chopped onion
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1/4 cup ground cumin
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp Hersheys extra dark cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup honey
- 28 oz crushed tomatoes
- 28 oz diced tomatoes
- 28 oz tomato sauce
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 33 grams pickled jalapeno peppers sliced
- 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown the beef, pork, with onions and peppers.

2Chop the lamb into small pieces, add to the pot.

3Stirring occasionally.

4Chop the cauliflower and slice the carrots

5Slice the sausage into medallions.

6Add and stir.

7Add ground smoked ham, then add cauliflower and carrots.

8Add all tomato products and spices stir well.

9Make sure the tomato paste gets incorporated in well.

10Simmer for an hour on low.

11Let sit 15 minutes stir and serve with toppings.
