- 6 chicken breasts, boned
- 1 small jar dried beef
- 6 strips bacon
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Take each chicken breast; flatten and top with dried beef. Roll, then wrap with a strip of bacon; secure with a toothpick. Arrange bundles in a Pyrex pan.

2Combine undiluted mushroom soup and sour cream; pour over breasts.

3Bake for 3 hours at 300°.

4If the breasts are browning too rapidly, put loose foil on top for last part of cooking.

5Can be easily adapted to serve a large crowd.
