- 2 or 3 lb. carrots (fresh), sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 1 green pepper, chopped fine
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1/2 c. oil
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Slice the carrots; cook until slightly crisp.

2Drain.

3Add the chopped onion and green pepper.

4Mix the soup with sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, mustard, oil, salt and pepper. Pour sauce over carrots.

5Refrigerate.

6Serve cold.
