- 20 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (halves)
- 2 pkg. chipped beef
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 large sour cream
- 2 cans mushrooms or fresh
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 1 small pkg. corn bread stuffing
- sherry (optional)
Directions

1Mix soup, sour cream and a little sherry.

2Place some beef on bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan, then chicken, sauce and mushrooms.

3Keep alternating with sauce, mushrooms and almonds on top.

4Do not add salt.

5Cover pan with foil tightly and bake at 275° for 1 1/2 hours.

6Remove foil and add stuffing.

7Recover and bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours more.

8If you do it the night before, just do the first baking.

9Serves 10 to 12.
