  • 1 chicken, cooked and boned
  • 1 c. Minute rice, cooked
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. celery

Directions

    Bring chicken broth to a boil.

    Add onion and celery.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Put in 9 x 13-inch pan. Melt 1/2 stick margarine.

    Add 2 cups crushed cornflakes.

    Sprinkle on top and bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
