- 1 chicken, cooked and boned
- 1 c. Minute rice, cooked
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. celery
Directions

1Bring chicken broth to a boil.

2Add onion and celery.

3Add remaining ingredients.

4Put in 9 x 13-inch pan. Melt 1/2 stick margarine.

5Add 2 cups crushed cornflakes.

6Sprinkle on top and bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
