Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 to 3 c. cooked chicken
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 stick melted oleo
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and put in 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Remove from refrigerator one hour before baking.

    May cover top with buttered bread crumbs just before baking.

    Bake one hour at 325° or 10 to 15 minutes longer is better.

    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
