  • 4 chicken breasts, boned
  • 2 oz. jar dried beef
  • 1/4 lb. Swiss cheese
  • 4 oz. can mushrooms
  • 10 oz. can cheese soup
  • 1/2 c. skim milk
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Place slice of dried beef and pieces of Swiss cheese on each breast.

    Roll up and place in baking dish.

    Bake in 350° oven for about 20 minutes.

    Meanwhile, saute mushrooms in 1 tablespoon butter.

    Add half a can cheese soup, remainder of cheese, milk and seasonings.

    Cook until smooth; pour over chicken breasts and bake 15 minutes longer.
