  • 1 package Nori
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic

  • Soy Sauce, to taste
  • 4 cups Sushi Rice
  • 4 cups Cooking Liquid
  • 13 cups Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 3 Tablespoons Sugar

    Put rice and cooking liquid in a rice cooker or pot and cook according to directions, about 45 minutes.

    Thinly slice the vegetables.
