- 2 tbsp corn oil
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 cup cooked chicken
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 large avocado
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
Directions

1oven 350F .

2shred chicken.

3stack tortillas ; wrap in foil.

4warm in oven 15 minutes.

5in large skillet over medium heat .

6add oil and onion cook and stir 4 minutes, add salt, black pepper powder,chicken stirring.

7add sour cream ; heat gently ; do not boil.

8just before serving, Peel avocado .
