  • 2 tbsp corn oil
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 cup cooked chicken
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 large avocado
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream

    shred chicken.

    stack tortillas ; wrap in foil.

    add oil and onion cook and stir 4 minutes, add salt, black pepper powder,chicken stirring.
