- 2 lb. chicken
- 3 large tomatoes
- 1 head lettuce
- 13 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 10 taco shells
- 1 c. water
- 2 pkg. taco seasoning (hot or mild)
Directions

1In a large Dutch oven, put chicken in water and boil until tender.

2Cool.

3While cooking chicken, cut lettuce and tomatoes up in small cubes and shred cheese.

4When chicken is cooled, tear from bone and cut up into small pieces.

5Oil a large skillet, put chicken in with one cup water.

6Add taco sauce and seasoning into chicken.

7Let simmer for 20 minutes.

8Ready to serve.
