- 1 lb. chicken breasts (boneless)
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. margarine or butter
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. chili sauce (Heinz)
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 c. dry sherry
Directions

1In frying pan, saute onions in butter until translucent.

2Mix flour, salt and pepper.

3Dredge chicken in flour.

4Add chicken to onions and saute until pink color is gone.

5Put all ingredients into pot and cook for about an hour.

6When done, eat with rice and vegetables.
