  • 3/4 c. white wine
  • 2 Tbsp. tarragon
  • 1 Tbsp. chicken base
  • 2 c. heavy cream
  • 3 c. sour cream
  • 4 chicken breasts

    Skin chicken.

    Saute on grill until light brown and fully cooked.

    Place on large pan.

    In frying pan, take wine, tarragon and chicken base; bring to a boil.

    Add heavy cream and sour cream.

    Mix well.

    Pour over chicken.

    Bake at 300° for 30 minutes.
