Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 medium white onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tsp. each black pepper
  • salt
  • oregano
  • parsley flakes
  • garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 (6 oz.) jar diced pimentos
  • 1 large bag flat egg noodles
  • 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 4 to 5 stalks celery

    Boil chicken with salt, pepper and garlic.

    Debone.

    Set aside. Use 3 cups of water that chicken was boiled in.

    Add the celery, bell pepper, mushroom soup, chicken soup, onion and pimentos. Simmer 10 minutes.

    Add chicken, egg noodles and Velveeta cheese. Simmer 10 minutes more.

    Put in casserole pan.

    Cover with sliced Velveeta cheese.

    Bake 10 minutes.
