- 6 large thighs, boned
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 tsp. teriyaki sauce
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. sesame seed
Directions

1Cut each dry thigh into 8 pieces.

2Refrigerate 8 hours. Combine butter, honey, and teriyaki sauce in a small pan.

3Stir well; bring to a boil.

4Remove and set aside.

5Sprinkle pieces with salts and pepper.

6Dip pieces into honey mixture, then coat with seed.

7Place on cookie sheet.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, turning once.
