- 2 c. shredded cooked chicken breast
- 4 flour tortillas
- 4 c. shredded lettuce, some dark green
- 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Directions

1Combine chicken with bean salad.

2Bake flour tortillas in 375° oven until crisp (about 7 to 10 minutes).

3Place a baked tortilla on each of four plates.

4Top each with 1 cup lettuce.

5Divide chicken and bean mixture into four portions, mound on top of lettuce.

6Top each with 2 tablespoons shredded cheese.
