  • 2 lb. boneless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
  • 2 to 2 1/2 c. fine, dry, unseasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten with 2 Tbsp. water
  • vegetable oil (for deep frying)

Directions

    Cut chicken into strips; flour and dip into egg and bread crumbs.

    Twist and deep fry until done.
