  • 3 cups Cornflakes
  • 1 cup Peanut butter, crunchy
  • 1/4 cup Raw honey
  • 5 ounces Vegan chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon Vegan butter

Directions

    Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment or foil. Crush cornflakes either in a food processor or with a rolling pin in a freezer bag

    Put cornflakes, peanut butter, and honey in large bowl and stir until fully combined.

    Pat mixture into 8 x 8 pan and smooth top.

    Melt chocolate with butter over very low heat until melted, then top peanut butter mixture with the frosting and refrigerate.

    Cool for a few hours, then cut into serving sized pieces.
