- 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 small can whole kernel corn
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can chicken broth or 2 c.
- 1 c. cheese, grated
- 3 c. cooked chicken, cut in bite size pieces
- 1 pkg. crackers
- 1 stick butter
Directions

1Mix vegetables together and bring to a boil.

2Cook until tender, 10 to 15 minutes.

3Mix all ingredients together.

4Salt and pepper to taste.

5Pour in casserole dish, sprayed with Pam.

6Crush 1 package of crackers and sprinkle on top.

7Melt butter and drizzle over crumbs.

8Cook at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
