Chicken Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 small can whole kernel corn
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can chicken broth or 2 c.
  • 1 c. cheese, grated
  • 3 c. cooked chicken, cut in bite size pieces
  • 1 pkg. crackers
  • 1 stick butter

Directions

    Mix vegetables together and bring to a boil.

    Cook until tender, 10 to 15 minutes.

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    Pour in casserole dish, sprayed with Pam.

    Crush 1 package of crackers and sprinkle on top.

    Melt butter and drizzle over crumbs.

    Cook at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
