  • 2 chicken breasts, cut in strips
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen carrots, broccoli and cauliflower
  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 4 to 6 c. water
  • Mrs. Dash and garlic salt to taste

    Brown chicken.

    Add water; bring to a boil.

    Add bouillon cubes; stir until dissolved.

    Add vegetables.

    Be sure vegetables are covered with water.

    Add seasoning.

    Bring to a boil.

    Cover pan; cook on low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.

    May be served alone or with rice.
