  • 3 carrots
  • 1 c. celery tops
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1/3 lb. vermicelli
  • 1 c. rice
  • 1 head cabbage
  • red pepper
  • 4 turnips
  • 10 lb. chicken
  • 1 can mixed veggies
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 c. green onion

    The purchase weight of 10 pounds of chicken decreases after boiling and removing bones, skin and fat.
