  • 1 piece chicken leg chop into 4 pcs
  • 1 piece carrot slice diagonally
  • 1 piece cayote slice diagonally
  • 4 piece beans cut into two
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 piece onion chop into 4 pcs
  • 3 cup water
  • pinch salt/pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp chicken powder
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch to thicken the sauce

    Fry chicken a bit using its own oil.

    Add onion, saute' onion.

    Pour water then add chicken powder, salt and pepper.

    Simmer until chicken tender.

    Put all the veggies and sprinkle the sesame oil.

    Simmer a bit.

    Stir cornstarch to thicken the sauce.
