Ingredients

  • 1 can English peas
  • 1/2 to 1 lb. noodles
  • 1/3 bottle Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 lb. butter or 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 small can mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 small can pimento (NOT drained)
  • 2 green peppers, chopped
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 chicken, boiled, diced and broth reserved

Directions

    Cook together onion with green pepper and pimento in a small amount of oil until tender.

    Cook noodles in chicken broth.

    Add all remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes (or combine all in long casserole dish and bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes).
