- 1 baking hen (6 to 8 lb.)
- 1 can English peas
- 1 can pimento peppers
- 6 oz. spaghetti
- 2 medium onions
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 can mushrooms (6 oz.)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Stuff hen with chopped onions and celery; salt and pepper to taste and bake in 350° oven until well done (2 hours).

2Drain chicken stock and use to cook spaghetti.

3Bone and cut up chicken. Mix cut up chicken with spaghetti, English peas, mushrooms and peppers.

4Place in casserole dish and cook in 350° oven for 30 minutes.

5Serves 12.
